Returns

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request full store credit

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@jealoushelen.com. You’ll need the receipt or an account with us we can verify. If your return is timely, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once we confirm we received the return, we will issue you a full store credit for those items.  You won't even pay a return shipping fee! You can always contact us for any return question at hello@jealoushelen.com

Re-Stringing Service

Our hair ties will soften with time and use, but we have yet to find their expiration date! Nevertheless, if you ever feel the cord needs a little nip and tuck, reach out to us about re-stringing. 

We'll pitch in our labor for free! All you'll pay is the shipping.

Reach out at hello@jealoushelen.com to talk to us about what you need. Once we confirm we have the cord you require, we'll email you with the next steps.

Buy-Back Program

We want you to wear your beautiful Jealous Helen pieces fearlessly. Unapologetically. Please don't tuck them away for a future special occasion; YOU DO NOT NEED TO WAIT TO BE SPECIAL! 

If your charms wear out so your Jealous Helen jewelry stops bringing you that daily joy, -we'll pay you to let us recycle it.

Just send your pieces back to us. We recycle the silver and brass here in Los Angeles. And we'll credit your account $10 towards a new piece.
