Our Story
Sarah grew up accepting that flimsy, uninspired and girly hair accessories were simply what was available. As an adult and working professional, she finally asked herself: "Why are we settling for this and resigning ourselves to plain, black hair ties?"
And more importantly, "Why isn't there anything for women who want their hair to look put together? Where are the hair accessories for those of us navigating boardrooms, law offices, client meetings, or simply wanting to feel put-together every day?"
The Adventure Begins
The answer surprised her - there is a gap in the market for high quality, thoughtfully designed hair accessories that can take one from the conference rooms, meetings to a night out effortlessly. She connected with Salini, a long-time friend whose passion for fashion and beauty - and experience in the industry - made her the perfect partner to embark on this new adventure.

Together, we realized that adult hair has real needs. As we spoke with more women, we realized that all of us deserve options designed with grown women in mind. Yet somewhere between childhood ponytails with outsized bows, utilitarian black elastics and special occasion updos, it feels like we've been forgotten - especially those of us whose style has evolved and want to look polished without the fuss.
